Goalkeeper Wars registration

To provide a safe, elite-level tournament environment, we need all participants to complete this registration form. We collect this data to ensure our staff are aware of any medical or neurodivergent needs to support goalkeepers effectively during the tournament, manage emergency contact details, and secure the necessary consents for video and image capture and storage, and future promotion.

I understand that the goalkeeper must wear appropriate clothing or kit to participate (our coaches will advise on required kit)*
I understand that MotionLab maintains high standards and a positive environment. If a player's or adult's behavior is deemed unacceptable, they may be asked to leave the tournament*
I acknowledge that if a player is unable to participate due to a lack of appropriate kit or unacceptable behavior, no refund will be provided*
I consent to photos and/or video of the goalkeeper to be used by MotionLab for promotional purposes (including on social media)*

I understand my data will be stored and processed for safeguarding, coaching, and planning purposes. I am aware that I can ask for my data to be deleted at any time.*
